Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not accept cancellations or refunds requested for ordinary customer-convenience reasons. However, we will provide a refund for a mistaken purchase, a duplicate charge, our inability to provide the product for a reason attributable to us, a defective file, or inability to use the product because of a license-related or operational problem.
To request a refund, contact strobofactory@gmail.com and provide your order number, product name, the email address used for the purchase, and the reason for the request. Refunds will generally be made through the payment method used for the purchase, and the time required for the refund to appear varies by payment provider.
The products currently sold are digital products and do not involve the physical transfer of goods. Nothing in the foregoing limits any rights available to customers under applicable law.
