Delivery of Digital Products

Sweepline for Mac and PKPassport for Mac, which we currently sell, are digital products provided by download. We do not ship physical products, and no shipping fee applies to digital products.

Timing and Method of Delivery

After payment is confirmed, a download link will be sent immediately to the email address provided at checkout. The download link is sent through Shopify Digital Products.

The download link is also displayed on the order status page and the thank-you page.

If the Notification Email Does Not Arrive

If you do not receive the notification email, check your spam folder, the email address entered at checkout, and your email settings. If the issue remains unresolved, contact strobofactory@gmail.com and provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

Download or File Problems

If the download link does not open, the file cannot be downloaded, the file provided is defective, or the product cannot be used because of a license-related or operational problem, contact us using the method described in the Return and Refund Policy.
